Black Diamond  Alpine Light Pants - Women's

Been wearing Alpine Light Pants for every hike I’ve been on the last few months. It’s the best technical pants I’ve ever owned and I’d recommend it to everyone to get at least one in the closet for use. Black diamond crushed it with these pants. It’s held up to falls, rock abrasions, thorns, sharp leaves, you name it and the pants have been rock solid. Some how this magical pair of pants is warm when it’s cold and windy, cool when it’s hot and muggy. It’s perfect for pretty much all conditions. Biggest worry was that the pants would be too long BUT they have a drawstring that locks into the perfect length for your legs! The pants are super comfy and stretch but also also aren’t super annoying with the crinkly sound. Black diamond thought of everything with these pants and I’d highly recommend them!!

I'm realllly into not having a zipper and button style pant! The waist band is so comfortable and stays snug enough to keep things in the right position even after multiple days of wearing them. I love the apline light pants and this pair is no different. They stood up to hiking, scrambling, and camping so far. For reference I've had my other pair for at least 5 years and they are still going strong! Nice light material but also abrasion resistent.

So appreciate the small size offering...So hard to find. I knew that the pant would be comfortable but it looks stylish enough to wear off trail. I am looking forward to traveling with this pant on a hiking vaca in Europe. Fits TTS, though at 5"4" I had to hem (108# size XXS). Note, a belt is describe in the specs, though there is not an integrated belt in the pant. The waistband is non-adjustable, but comfortable at about 4" wide.

I bought this in the Dark Curry and found them to be lightweight and waterproof at the same time. I fell on my butt on ice while hiking in Yellowstone and they stayed dry. They also kept me warm in colder weather yet cool in warmer weather. I loved these so much I bought more colors. At 5’3 and 105lbs, the XXS was a perfect fit, no hemming or alteration needed.

Was looking for a lightweight, comfortable pant for upcoming hunting trip to Africa. This pant is exactly what I wanted! Love the wide stretch smooth waistband and light breathable fabric. I’m 5’6” 145 lbs and the medium fit perfect. Highly recommend!

These are very comfortable, very nice pants, but I do wish the waist was a little bit more stretchy as far as getting over hips and to sit more comfortably on the waist.

Got these for my wife for hiking and she loves them. She wore them over a pair of thermals on a cold weather hike and had nothing but praise for these.

I bought these for my daughter who lives in Idaho. Her first climb in them was to the summit of The Grand…. . they passed with flying colors!

Comfortable with a harness, pack, or just hanging around. Slim & stylish and easy care. I loved my first pair so much that I bought another!
