Not What I Ordered
I ordered this chainring because I need a Shimano Direct Mount chainring for use with a 12 speed Eagle drivetrain. The description and photo show that this is a ‘Drop Stop - B’ chainring and they even say in the features: “ Drop-Stop B tooth profile is designed for all SRAM Eagle, SRAM Road and Transmission (T-Type) Flattop chains, and 9-, 10-, and 11-speed chains”. What I received was a Shimano Direct Mount ‘Drop Stop- ST’ chainring for use with Shimano 12 speed chains. The item posted here is not what they have and will deliver. Do NOT order this chainring if you have Shimano Direct mount cranks and are planning to use a SRAM 12 speed chain. The fact that I need to pay for return shipping is also very disappointing. This is the last time I order from REI!
