Wolf Tooth Components 110 BCD Gravel/CX/Road Chainring
Whether you use your rig for commuting, gravel riding, mountain biking or full-on road riding, the Wolf Tooth Components 110 BCD Gravel/CX/Road chainring ensures smooth, long-lasting performance.
- Fits 110 BCD 5-arm cranksets
- Patented wide/narrow chainring with Drop-Stop® technology: the wide side of the tooth has max contact on the drive side, which spreads the load and improves chainring life
- The narrow side allows clearance for mud and debris, which reduces friction
- Alternating wide/narrow tooth pattern prevents chain derailment
- Drop-Stop B tooth profile is designed for all SRAM Eagle, SRAM Road and Transmission (T-Type) Flattop chains, and 9-, 10-, and 11-speed chains
- Also designed for 12-speed KMC, Connex, Wippermann and Campagnolo
- Stock 2x bolts will not work; you will need the Wolf Tooth 6 mm bolts (not included)
- Wolf Tooth Components recommends the use of a clutch-style rear derailleur for the best chain security
- If you plan to ride in very muddy conditions, Wolf Tooth Components recommends a chain guide or chain keeper in addition to a clutch-type rear derailleur
- Without these precautions, you may experience chain drops or chain suck
- Ring can be mounted in either the big or small ring position on a double crankset
- Chainline varies—ring can be mounted in either the big or small ring position on a double crankset
- The most common mounting is in the big ring position because of chainstay clearance

Scumbag company
The chainring itself is nice, but according to their own website (down the page, meant to be overlooked) you have to use aftermarket bolts. They could have designed the chainring to use the stock bolts, but they didn't. They could have included the bolts with the chainring, but didn't. They could charge a reasonable price for the bolts, but don't. A set of Wolf Tooth bolts costs $30 for 5. That's $6 per bolt, for a bolt that costs 5 cents to make. Absurd. This is transparently exploitive behavior designed to gouge people that already bought their product. I just used the four stock bolts and they're holding well enough for a gravel bike. There's no chance I'm getting gouged for the Wolf Tooth bolts, and they've lost me as customer. This kind of behavior can't be tolerated.
