Don't buy. Specs say backpack has separate spot for laptop up to 16." My laptop is 15" and it still doesn't fit in the space. Really disappointed.

I love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my backpack. I was a little worried it being to small and unable to fit all my things into it, but with the expandable features you can make fit it to your liking. The side water bottle holders also expand and contrast so it does fit the average hydro flask or coffee cup. The pockets are cushioned and efficient. It fits comfortably, I took it for a hike yesterday and didn't feel much of the weight I was carrying. Most definitely worth the investment!!!!
Soooo SMALLL
This backpack was TERRIBLE. Awful. So small. I loved the design so I ordered it and was super excited to use it this year. I received it and I put all of the school stuff in it. Normally when I put my school supplies in my new backpack for the year, it fits great bc it's nice and organized. But not with this backpack. My stuff was crammed in. There would be no room for anything else like my lunchbox. There would also be no room for my folded to hold paper. I'm sending the bag back bc it sucks. Never again north face. I'm so disappointed. It's literally so small and I'm not a big person. I wish this bag was just way bigger.
Awesome backpack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Borealis backpack for my freshman year of college, and I love how high quality this backpack is. I can fit my large 15-inch laptop (with room to spare) and the thick padding protects my laptop and allows me to carry it comfortably all day long. There is plenty of room inside with many small compartments to fit a variety of smaller objects, and the two side pockets are adjustable to ensure that my waterbottles are secure. Shipping and handling was very fast and I was so excited when it arrived in the mail! I have only good things to say about this backpack, and I will continue to use it for a very long time!
The perfect school backpack

When we received the order the product fid not disappoint. Immediately my daughter started filling the pockets with school supplies and said it was P E R F E C T and was in love with the cushioning and support built into the back. The backpack had a nice touch of leather giving it a very snatched look. I love it so much i am considering buying one for my travel nursing.
My teacher backpack
I love my North Face backpack! As a teacher I love getting a new backpack every other year for back to school. This one I customized with 3 patches that match my lifestyle. The bag looks great, has a lot of pockets, two great bottle holding pockets, and even a pocket for sunglasses. It fits me well and I also love the two buckling straps.
Nice color and great compartments.
Good four compartments. One for laptop and papers nicely padded. One for everything then one for small items. Last one for easy access such as cords. Chargers. Lights. Wonder how it goes when put in washing and drying machines . Great color. Especially in the dark. Received many compliments. Trying not to use full capacity though.

I had the previous model and it would become super heavy w my laptop but i can see the difference w this new model. Definitely recommend.
