[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit a girl with curves. They are warm! Love them
Love the purple color, but I'm returning them cuz there's a weird lumpiness on both legs in the middle of my calves. Also, I got the mediums because several reviews said to size up, but these are too big in the waist and hips for me (for reference, I'm 5'5" and 135 pounds).
I bought these snow pants for XC skiing, and have used them for skiing during this cold spell. They kept me very warm, with just the addition of long underwear underneath them. I have also found them indispensable for walking my dog when it's very cold. The reflective lining really keeps me warm. They appear to be very well made, with lots of pockets, sturdy zippers, metal snaps, and lining with elastic at the ankles to keep the cold air out.
How can people say these run big? Are you size negative zero? I still bought what should either be my size or one size up, and I couldn't get them closed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They run smaller than the other pair I’ve gotten from Columbia but I love the extra pockets
i am very happy with these pants! they arrived within a couple of days of ordering. i ordered a size small in navy and tried them on immediately. i was a little skeptical about the fit. i wore them the next day walking dogs and they were Perfect…comfortably warm, easy mobility and quite stylish too! i plan to buy another pair in another color!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the brand, perfect snow pants. Beautiful color with matching boots.
True to size. I got a size Small and I’m 5’5” 128lbs, athletic build, size 27 in Levi’s. They initially felt like they might be too snug with a pair of leggings underneath but they felt very comfortable once moving - sled riding and chasing children. Very wind proof and fairly warm. I’ve only worn them in 38 degree weather with wind (winter leggings underneath) and I was very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5'5", 140lb, 29 waist, 41 hips (hourglass). The medium was very snug around the waist and hip and uncomfortable, but I was absolutely swimming in the large. The adjustable waistband on the medium would not go large enough to make it comfortable. Conversely, the waistband did not adjust small enough on the large, and the thighs were much too large. The rise in the pants was also quite short so it pulled awkwardly at the crotch. They seem warm and durable, so perhaps someone with the matching body type will like them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love Columbia clothing! And very few ski pants come in short sizes like Columbia. I've been wearing these ski pants in a L size for years. Unfortunately, I needed to order XL because my 60+ yr old waist has expanded. This new XL pair fits great in the waist but is quite huge in the hips and legs. I have no choice but to wear them as ski season is here, but it would be great if Columbia redesigned these pants with more size adjustability than currently. Maybe a little elastic in the waist band?
