THIS IS THE BRAND FOR TALL WOMEN! I rarely buy clothes without trying them on or knowing the tendencies of the brand, but I bought these pants after reading reviews from other taller women saying these pants were long enough for their long legs. So glad I did!! (I'm 5'9" and 150lbs.) Since the waistband is elastic, it also fits great because I also didn't have to worry about matching the waist size to the inseam length (which is another problem for tall people buying pants that fit). The fabric seems thick enough to protect me from bugs, weather, and other outdoor elements, yet I haven't worn them on a hiking trip yet. Will report back!

Billowy - too much fabric at tummy and hips

This pant might work for curvy gals, but if you have an athletic build, it's VERY billowy at the hips and tummy. I'm returning this item. If the designer can adjust this issue, then it would be a great pant - I love the elastic waist, length, deep pockets, and hidden pocket (although I'm not crazy about the stiff ripstop fabric). I really wanted this pant to work for the long roadtrip I'll be taking.

The fabric has a great feel and look to it, the wider elastic waist gives good shape and is comfy. I want to add some belt loops. Love that the nicely tailored back pockets secure well and easily with velcro for a handy card, or whatever needs securing when I’m busy. It’s easy to move, flex and bend and I think these casual pants are fine for work and even dressing up a bit. One if the best things? The wonderful deep generous comfortable well tailored front pockets are simply outstanding. Haven’t tried them in the rain yet. They might be a bit heavy for hot weather. Size 12 fits well, 165lb, 5’6”.

I love these pants. I'm 5'11" and they are tall enough to fit my tall inseam. IN store they had the cuffs rolled up... I couldn't do that... but with the cuffs down... perfect. The front pockets are deep enough not to worry about things slipping out. However, the ad and pics show a small pocket on the right front for a lip balm or other small item. The pocket is not there... on either pair I bought.

I bought these a few weeks ago and ended up going back for another pair in a different color because I love them so much. They are incredibly comfortable and flattering for every day wear but also will be great for hiking and my outside job. I might never wear jeans again!

These are very comfortable and are not too casual to double as work pants in a pinch. As others have mentioned, they are missing the little pocket on the side, but not a deal breaker for me. They definitely run large. I usually wear a women’s large in pants but the medium fits well.
