We live in Washington and need a good shoe for whatever weather Recess throws at us. I bought a pair at the beginning of the school year, he started wearing them about the end of October when the rain really starts. Last month he came home in a pair of shoes from the nurse because the sole on one shoe totally separated from the fabric. I did end up buying another pair because he really liked the style/ comfort. Wish the first pair would have lasted longer but overall they have been good shoes.

I wanted a waterproof shoe that would save my kid from morning dew, but also allow him to run around the playground and play soccer etc. These have been working out well. Lighter than a clunky boot with a little mid-foot flexibility. I usually look for wider, barefoot/foot shaped footwear and I do wish these were wider and that's why I gave it 4/5 stars. We sized up to get a little more room.

My son has torn through several pairs of 'outdoor' shoes from other brands (some in less than a day!) but these are rugged and durable, but still light and easy to put on. The styling is also great as well, the look unique and have enough 'form' to match their function. I'll be sure to return to these as my son grows and I recommend them highly for any active child who enjoys the outdoors.

I bought these for my six-year-old son. For my review, they are solid, quality boot-like sneakers that he does really like. And he does wear them as sneakers, so that's great and relieving that they can be god to run and play in for everyday wear. For his review, he said these are good and easy to put on. I asked him how many stars out of five he would give them, and he said, "10!"

Qe have had these about 2 weeks, my son loves them. He has worn them numerous times after it has rained, or rain was expected and they did their purpose. But today walking home in the rain, the insides completely soaked. It wasn't pouring out, just a light rain. I would not recommend these for walkingn in anything other than after rain has already come.

My six year old loves these shoes. She is very VERY active and found these to be comfortable throughout her school day of PE and recess. They go on easily and stay on once they're secured. I originally felt these were pricy for a kids tennis shoe but they are very high quality and fairly priced now that I've examined them closely.

Super nice looking, gender-neutral shoes I ordered for both of my kids and so far they are happy wearing them. I love that they are waterproof and we can skip buying rainboots this season. These shoes will be perfect until the snow falls. I am interested to see how they will hold up. The price was reasonable.

These shoes have filled a bizarre gap in my 8 year old son's wardrobe: that muddy, wet, cold season before the bigger boots are really needed. In Toronto, the late fall is damp but can still be warm in the afternoon and these shoes are perfect. I think I'm going to get an adult version of them next!

Three of my kiddos have these shoes and they love them! They're perfect for romping around our woods. They're easy enough for my littlest kids to put them on independently, which is a huge deal for a busy mom of 4. These are worn everywhere and I definitely recommend.

I have ordered these for two grandsons last year and they are the best at being comfortable, durable, easy on and off without falling off. Bogs meets a need like no other shoes on the market especially for wide feet with high instep. Thank you Bogs, we appreciate it!
