Nice coat but packaging was unacceptable
The coat is very nice, so soft, although I do feel Patagonia runs a bit narrow, arms included. The packaging was unacceptable for a brand and price point like Patagonia and I expect much better from REI. The coat was in a soft packaging , without any wrapping, the coat was thrown into a soft package without any protection and there was a rip in the package so the coat was out in the elements. Thankfully it wasn't ripped or stained.
