All 5 replacements were used/damaged. REI = Used.
I ordered this 5 times from REI and every time I recieved a used and returned footprint that was missing pieces. After 9 months of returning and ordering new footprints from REI all have been used with holes in them and missing vital parts. Sadly this item is no longer being produced by the manufacturer so I have to return the entire $1,200 tent setup all because REI keeps providing me with used and worn out parts.

PURCHASED A TRANGO_3 tent recently; and needed a footprint. Ordered one from Mountain Hardwear ; Received product very promptly-very high quality-fit perfectly! Unfortunately the neighbors dog enjoyed it as much as I did while line drying it after a trip.chewed up beyond repair; so I just recently ordered another one.If only it was KEVLAR REINFORCED OR DOGGY PROOF.Other than that awesome product!!!!!!!
