Yes I turned on my shower to check if it is actually waterproof. The fit is great. I’m short (5’1), 33.5” chest and about 118 lbs so a girls size XL fits fine and roomy.

The Velcro at the wrists helps to keep rain from getting in the sleeve and the adjustable hood makes sure her head is protected.
