[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve tried others and nothing compares to the quality of a Columbia coat. At times Chicago has some Arctic temperatures. We never know when temperatures will drop -0. Come rain or shine you gotta do what you gotta do (i.e..school, work, business or play). With Columbia we don’t sweat outdoor activities. Well maybe just a little sweat because the Omni-Heat insulation stands up to “The Hawk” like no other coat.

She said it keeps her very warm, she loves the color and “the secret inside pocket” 😊 this was a great purchase and as a bonus it is a Grow With You coat so she’ll be able to use it for multiple winters.

Hmmm -Your store's customer service is second to none - The stores Visual appeal has declined - especially during this Holiday season. When bricks and mortar shopping the experience should be exciting. You had it once - what happened ? Your range of apparel and sporting goods is valued and all of you merchandise is of high quality.It's excellent - Your cast off area I don't understand . Why contribute value retail space to expensive damaged and worn goods - to me it marks down the brand - if it's the policy to accept these returned goods have seasonal sales and cut your losses with much higher markdowns- it's also dirty looking - like looking over a strangers dirty closet But finally I love your store and visit it as much as possible at least once each season

This jacket was just as I expected! Same Columbia high quality, nice features and well-made! I purchased the jacket for my grandson and he loved it! For a six-year old to comment on a jacket surprised me!! It even allows for "growing" adjustments! It was worth every penny! I no longer have to worry about him freezing at the school bus stop in the mornings with no hat! The hood is perfect and covers his ears without a dangerous draw string! All the way around - a win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coat isn’t sized like other Columbia coats. I’m guessing this coat is unisex as it’s very boxy on my daughter. The small was too small and the medium, which is her normal Columbia size, was way too big. Disappointing as I have a coat with the same material on the inside and love it due to its look and warmth. Tried a similar looking coat (katelyn) specifically for girls for her and fits more appropriately.
