Goal Zero is a joke. CS is just terrible
I ordered a new GZ Yeti 4000X, tank expansion battery and this escape kit for my van build. BUGGGGY.. I have had to reset it to factory setting like 5 times in the first week, GZ customer support is just a joke, they don't even read and properly respond to messages. It's like they don't even care. Bottom line if you think buying GZ is going to be easier and more stable than building a DIY system think again.
