Maui Jim  One Way Polarized Sunglasses

I found a few imperfections on the frame of my glasses. I thought that I somehow may have scratched the frame of my glasses the week that I bought them and was super disappointed in myself. After deeper inspection, I discovered that they weren’t scratches but instead, were raised peaks that had to have come from some sort of manufacturing defect. It’s raised enough that you can obviously feel it with your fingernail! These were my first ever pair of Maui Jims and I almost didn't buy them because they are so overpriced but I caved because 1) it was my birthday so I felt like splurging on myself, 2) I loved the way that I looked in them. Probably going to stick to Costas or some other brand in the future because at this price point, sunglasses should be manufactured with immaculate quality and six sigma process engineering standards.

Love my glasses due to great lenses and the vision it provides. Same time can only confirm what some others wrote; the rubber of the temples are sliding off and basically almost from next day after purchase. Using it for a year and now it's getting pretty annoying. Would expect better quality from this price point. Wondering if there is any solution for this.

2 stars only because I love the look and the lens , but dropped on the boat one time a lens popped out put it back in then dropped again a month later and the whole Fran cracked off of the temple sucks because I really like this , gonna send them in for repair let’s hope they don’t snap again

My Maui Jim journey started after countless testimonials from friends & family. I wanted to have the best visual clarity available, paired with superb lens polarization. What I didn't account for was how well made the MJ sunglasses are. They feel sturdy, well built, & able to withstand years of use and abuse. If you're looking for the best, don't fret at the initial cost. These shades will pay for themselves overtime from the lost hassle alone! My Oakley's & RayBan's have now been remitted to the dresser as they are inferior to these Maui Jim's. Take the leap, you won't regret it!

Like a couple of others here, I too am disappointed to encounter that after less than two weeks of ownership, the rubber ear pads started to pull off the arms. Loved my Maui Jims but going to have to switch as these are the only style that I really liked.

I have had many high end brand sunglasses. I have always seen them as a necessary luxury I suppose. The lenses in my onecway bronze tint, are one of the most clearest most vivid lenses I have ever owned. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great sunglasses but like others have mentioned, the rubber on the arms are slipping off. Also they don't rest on the top of the head. But the quality and clarity of the lens is great!

Great fit and they look great. One of the dozen pairs of MJS that I own and they are now my favorite !

I thoroughly enjoyed my pair of One Way's. They were very comfortable and could handle when I was participating in many outdoor activities (ie golfing, beach volleyball, mountain biking), no slipping off the bridge of my face, the rubber help to my head nicely. I had the same issue as other with the rubber on the arms moving. It was an inconvenience, but didn't prevent me from wearing them. They were my first ever prescription sunglasses. Unfortunately, the rope while wake surfing caught an arm and took them right off my face while boating on my birthday, otherwise this review wouldn't be past-tense! (Looking into the best deal I can to get them replaced). Overall, would recommend to anyone who is looking at these frames.
