Not dishwasher safe

The website description of this product states that this is dishwasher safe. The sticker on the product itself says hand wash only. The reason I bought this specific product was because it was supposed to be dishwasher safe, so this is quite the bummer.

Solid mug

This is a good mug for the price. Wish I had paid a bit more for something insulated (or at least with a lid), but the weight is hard to beat.

It's an enamel mug.

It's an enamel mug. You love to see it. The white with black speckles is kind of rare and I love it. That being said, be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of enamel mugs: they're more like cups with a handle, they have no insulation and make tons of heat transferring contact with the surface they're placed on. But it's an enamel mug. The only thing lighter is titanium, and this is way less expensive and way more charming than titanium. Plus it's an enamel mug! Charming.

backpacking cup

i bought it because it is durable and lightweight and lets face it if you camped in the 90s you used one of these style of cups. it is cheap and a good deal. my favourite part is that because it is so cheap and because of its material you can stick it on a coal or toss it on your stove to reheat your drinks or soup if they get cold.

Not durable

I ordered a set of the type of enameled chips and dishes. Even with light use, the cups seem to eventually develop cracks on the interior perimeter and start to show rust. Despite the nostalgia factor, I'd say stay away.

Good sized mug

I really like this little blue mug. It holds 12oz which is perfect for my morning tea. Doesn't hold heat well, however, so I gave four stars. Thank you!
