Folds small. Just right.

Great walking sticks. I bought them because they fold small enough to fit in an overhead bag. But they are excellent performers. Comfortable. Lightweight. Used them hiking in Telluride and on the approach to HalfDome in Yosemite.

Runs large

One the one hand, a great pole, although the locking mechanism is fiddly ... but I'm 5 foot 8 and even the smallest setting is too large for me.

They kept coming apart

Unlike the bungee cords in tent poles, the cords in these poles were just that, cords. So first you have to shove the cord up the pole to get rid of it. Then when you lift the pole when hiking it comes apart. I did not even make it out the of my house with these before returning them.

Very adjustable!

Very nice walking poles that were easy to assemble. It took a minute to figure out how to lock them open but assemble video answered that question quickly (hint, pull a little harder until the button pops into place). Very adjustable for my taller height with comfortable handles and straps.
