Does not work
I applied this every hour but my husband and my lips still got extremely burnt while hiking on snow. I would not recommend this
Great SPF Chapstick
This is the first chapstick I've bought in over 10 years that wasn't just vaseline or aquaphor. I have sensitive skin and have had bad experiences with many chapsticks causing my lips to peel. Many sunscreens cause irritation around my lips as well. I bought this chapstick because I wanted more SPF protection since a lot of trips I went on recently had high sun exposure, and I like this brand's sunscreen. Overall, this chapstick has been great and has not caused any peeling or irritation around my lips. If you have sensitive skin or eczema, I'd recommend trying out this chapstick!
No Weird Taste
Good taste (basically nothing, no Chemicals), feels like it stays on. I've never managed to get sunburned lips in any conditions yet that i know of, so it's difficult to compare efficacy. But something that I enjoy wearing is better protection than something that I have to overcome the taste of because I'll use it more.
Goes on smoothly & lasts
Love that it goes on smoothly & lasts! Does not turn my lips white lol. And doesn't melt in my purse due to the Texas heat.
