Vents in Back is Great
I was looking for a windbreaker to replace my Mountainhardwear Ghost Whisperer (windbreaker they used to have; not the puffy) that was stolen with my vehicle. I tried Patagonia Houdini Jacket, which had no breathability. This Sense Aero Wind is closer to what I was looking for. Though it’s still not as lightweight as Ghost Whisperer, I’m happy with the features like zipped pocket and hood that “grabs” my head.
Looks cheap and run small
This was a disappointing Salomon purchase. The jacket runs REALLY small. I chose a large for extra room and so I can layer up but it felt like a small. It was tight on me and is short on the waist. The jacket also looked like it would be a regular windbreaker material, thin but still feel like it has substance. This one is way too thin that it felt cheap. For the price it is not worth it.
so pretty, so light
Runs a little larger than I expected (I wear a Medium in Bonatti, went with a Small here) but is absolutely perfect for windy spring runs. It’s lightweight, breathable, and traps just enough warmth against wind.
