Best Carry-on Ever.
I travel a TON for work. Sometimes I have to travel Frontier/Spirit. This bag fits every time I have tried to measure it before getting on a flight. It is way bigger, way more comfortable, and way more convenient. One of my favorite things is that if I need to consolidate my luggage I can fit my backpack into it if I don't have a lot of stuff. I easily fit 2 weeks of clothes in here but it's even better if you're just packing for one week and washing clothes. This is including 2 extra pairs of shoes. Anyways. I couldn't recommend this bag more. It is simply beautiful enough to make a traveler cry.
Duffle bag
I ordered this bag for international travel. I needed more room for storing knitting projects on the plane and a safe place for my travel buddies to hang. They were too crunched in their old small bag. Barbie insisted on pink, Doris the sheep was on board. February in Dublin will be wild and fun! Yay for Cotopaxi!
Looks good and hefty
So far on its first trip. Fits a good amount of clothing, worth a week. Water proof and sturdy. I think the straps for shoulders could’ve been better in comfort. They are slim on padding) but I like that it has the option for duffel bag or back pack option.
Great bag
Bag size is perfect for carry on travel, seems durable and good quality (time will tell), only thing that could be improved is the straps, they could be better padded/material for more comfort, but overall I’m happy with the product!
Nice but not good enough for me
To be honest I was a bit disappointed when I open the box and saw the bag, I was expecting a brighter yellow color as the pictures, but I was even more disappointed after checking all the bag which in general is great cause is pretty functional but… I saw the bottom/exterior part of it and it just doesn’t make any sense that have a different/less quality material and not waterproof where it gonna have contact with the floor. I mean the bag is truly nice because of the size, the interior and exterior pockets and the amazing compartment for dirty laundry but whyyyy not using the same awesome fabric in all the outside of the bag? Why? So I returned it.
Part showed up covered in mold
It was returned immediately returned after discovering that the handles were covered in mold. I got a refund rather than a replacement because it was clear that the design would be prone to this since the fabric handles were within a non breathable pocket. Seem prone to mold if exposed to significant moisture with the handles in the pockets. It was also surprisingly heavy in comparison. Surprised when I opened it up and then specs vs competitors afterwards confirmed it. Unfortunate since I was very excited for this bag’s potential.

Im looking forward to using this bag with my fiancé in April. We are traveling around Thailand and I’m going to order one more so we’ll both have our own. It seems like the perfect size for carry-on on any airline, like small airlines, such as EasyJet in Europe. We were hoping to get the 70L duffel bag, but I think normally we would get by using it as a carry-on but if they were ever enforcing regulations, it technically is slightly too big. Once we received the 50 L it seems absolutely perfect. It has plenty of storage and just slightly smaller than the 70. If you’re looking for a backpack, I would recommend going to the small duffel bag then a traditional backpack.
A great option for travel!
I bought this bag after looking at several brands that each offer a slightly different take on similar-use bags. Cotopaxi products have always been top quality, and this one is no different. I have used this on a couple trips now since I purchased it. The size of this bag is great for a heavy weekend up to an entire week’s trip. This is also the ideal size for a carry-on. The pockets and hooks that this bag offers on the outside are perfect for dangling items off of your pack or quickly accessing your key items without opening your luggage entirely. I am glad that I bought this bag, and will likely be buying more for friends and family in time! I couldn’t recommend giving this product a shot more!
Great duffel
I bought this for my 6 year old daughter who wanted her own luggage. I figured I should get her something that will last. I'm looking at this as an investment. I hope this bag be able to go on hundreds of trips and even go with her to college. I think that dirty laundry compartment on the bottom is genius and already found it to be a great design feature. I'm hoping that the fabric will hold up to years of trips. The colors are fantastic. We like to travel with packing cubes so this style of bag is perfect. While it's only been on one trip so far the only thing I was thinking would possibly be helpful would be compression webbing. I do like the light weight design and that might not matter that much in the end.
I love this bag!
I had been looking at this bag for a while and finally bit the bullet before a 10 day camping road trip. Zero regrets! I use packing cubes, and they fit perfectly inside this big open duffel. I also love that there are a couple zipper pockets for additional organization. I used the ‘laundry’ pocket on the bottom for a couple pairs of shoes, it was the perfect spot. The coated material also came in clutch when the bag got wet on top, I was able to easily wipe it off and my stuff inside stayed dry. The backpack straps made it super easy to carry. So glad I got this bag!!
