COCOON  Ultralight AirCore Pack Pillow

I had a different brand camping pillow that I liked but switched to this for the versatility and compact tote it comes with. I wanted a pillow I could use as lumbar support, a camp pillow for my sleeping bag and for car travel- I found it in this pillow! It checked all the boxes and I can remove the cover to wash. 5 stars!!!

The size of this pillow is perfect for packing and the size of my head lol. I like the removable cover that is way more comfortable than the other “coated” inflatable pillows. I was surprised this cost considerably less than ones that are just a plastic pillow. Super comfy!

This is actually a really versatile pillow. I'm more of a traveler than a camper and I have used this pillow as a lumbar support and head pillow over a dozen times this past year. I like the feel of the cover against my skin vs plastic like other camping pillows.

Used twice and they now leak. Twice camping with then Very unhappy. Helping make this a garbage society by making products that do not last. Shame. 90 day return policy.

I should've slept on this for a night at home before bringing it camping! The pillow has a slow leak somewhere and I spent the whole night waking up every couple hours to re-inflate it. A shame, because it's super comfy, the valve makes it easy to adjust the amount of air you want inside, and the lightweight packed size is a dream. Not sure yet whether I'll exchange this for another one from REI or try a different model.

I replaced an older version of this pillow that had developed a leak after many years. The new version has been improved with an inflation valve that allows air in and then can be de-flatted with a pushbutton inside the valve. It has a better shape too.

Great packable pillow! I have used this on planes and even used it as a nightly pillow on trips when the hotel pillows are too fluffy. Very light and compact. Easy to inflate and deflate.

After two Sea-to-Summit pillows which rather quickly deteriorated around the valve, I liked the fact that the area surrounding the main air intake appeared to be sewn. But alas, the pillow just won't do what I need it to do. It's an OK simple pillow I suppose and the interior valve is clever, but I wanted a pillow that could serve double duty as a meditation cushion. Unfortunately, if the pillow is under much weight the valve cover always pops open (presumably from the increased interior air pressure), so the red control valve will release air if even slightly bumped. And yes, I followed the instructions! I've never used it throughout the night so I'm not sure how it would if one was thrashing around, or how the durability over a few years will be. All of this stuff seems to break down very rapidly these days.

It's a nice, soft lightweight pillow but unfortunately it won't hold air for more than a few minutes..

I took this pillow on a trip to Europe. The BEST decision ever!! The quality is exceptional. It is easy to inflate and deflate. The little bag it comes with easily can fit the pillow after deflating everyday. It served many purposes. I highly recommend this pillow.
