Bought these for a spring trip to Switzerland where lots of walking and rain was expected. My feet were dry the whole time, the shoes are the most comfortable I have ever owned and I wore them everyday with every outfit. I love these shoes.
The top stitching is coming out above lace holder closest to big toe.
Very comfortable soles for all day walking, soles ready for the trails, and the all black design looks sleek for metal concerts as well. I wasn’t sure if I would like boa laces but I like them better than the pull and cinch ones and they don’t come undone like traditional hiking laces tend to. I used to have to pack 2-3 pairs of shoes to do it all, but now I can bring just one! A leap forward in my ultralight packing goals. Thinking of buying a second pair to have on deck after these go.
I absolutely love the feel of these shoes. The footbed is beyond comfortable. I have type 1 diabetes, so shoe fit is very important. They look awesome. My only complaint is the heel slippage with the BOA system. I feel like maybe an extra lace loop higher up or on the sides, may help. I am going to get some heel cushion pads to see if it helps. I won't return them because they are so unbelievably comfortable on the foot.
I ordered this shoe thinking the BOA system meant the shoe was a wide width. It wasn't and thus the BOA system didn't work for me. I wish you had a shoe with the system in wide widths, especially since I need a wide toe box but have a narrow heel.
Perfect for winter runners! I’m in upstate NY and it’s been a very snowy winter, these sneakers have helped me stay active, truly non- slip and great in the snow/slush. I was surprised to see a lot of the reviews saying they run narrow/small, I thought I opposite. My foot runs wide and they are so comfortable and there’s plenty of room for thick socks.
Love the shoelace tightening system! I wore these shoes backpacking and it was so nice to not have any loose shoelaces! Sometimes the tops of my feet get sore when laces are too tight, but the pressure is so even with these, I had no problems. Thick cushion sole and better traction than my hiking boots.
Nice looking shoes. But it runs narrow. My shoes size is 9.5. Because I like the design( with BOA) and loyal to the brand. I got size 10 in black. And it fits perfectly. I hope I can still exchange my 9.5 to 10.0 in white.
Fit true to size. Good winter trail shoe but not on snow. For these as wanted Boa after shoulder surgery could not tie laces. The boa lace system works very well and is holding up
