Perfect Fit
The Mountain Hardwear Basswood Pull-On Pants are the best fit, style and comfort anyone could ask for ! I am a 5'5 130 pound woman who always has to alter the length of pants, NOT these. They fit true to size, I ordered a medium which has the perfect length, waist has elastic band and it is very comfortable, the leg width is roomy and no bunching when hiking or walking the dog on trails.

Too short
I like the fabric and the cut, but the supposed inseam of 32 is actually 30. They are ankle pants, and I don't like this look. I am 5'7" and 160 pounds, and I normally wear inseams of 32. I'll be returning these.

Perfect for flights

These trousers are what I would describe as relaxed fit. They are not especially fitted through the thigh or backside. As another reviewer described the fabric is a bit coarse, not really smooth, but I did not find them scratchy. For me they are perfect for flights. I think they run a little large but I kept them incase I decide to wear them out hill walking and need a base layer.

Very comfortable, run short.

I loved the original Dynama pant and was anxious to try this new style. It did not disappoint. As others have said, the wide waistband is a nice feature and I like how the bottom is tailored so that if they're cuffed/rolled up, they don't look doofus-y. My only wish is that they were about an inch longer. At 5'8", they're a bit short. Will be fine with hiking boots and shoes but I wouldn't be comfortable wearing them with flip flops. Going to take them to the tailor and see if the hem can be let out. Also, they are nice and roomy. The Medium fits great. I'm about 165 lbs and 5'8". In some pants, a Med is tight but not these. If I still weighed 140, I'd probably be able to wear a Small.

awesome pants

I’m 6’ tall 170 lb and ordered a large, the fit is a little bit on the large side but the pants are long enough and the fabric is incredible. Going to order a size down :)

Great fit!

These pants fit so well. I am on the shorter side so I struggle with pant length but these are a solid fit. Im 5 3 and about 130lbs, ordered size XS. They are a strong material and are great for hikes, bike rides and mostly anything!

great fit very comfy for hiking or work

I bought one pair on sale and bought the other two colors after the first time wearing. Im normally a medium or large in pants because of the wacky sizing these days, but the small fits perfectly as they do have some give to them. My waist is smaller than hips, these are one of the few pants I have that fit me perfectly & comfortably in my curvy but short body shape. They are nice enough to wear to work & get compliments on, but also comfy and durable enough for the trails.

Great pants

These pants are exactly what I was looking for. Light color, light weight, durable, good length. I wear for hiking and around town. Wash great, no dryer. Not sure about the elastic waist, but so far it's fine.

Please offer more colors

Great fitting pants for hiking. They are very comfortable and I would definitely order them in different colors if they become available.

OK but not best for hiking

I found these a bit short, and too narrow at the ankles. Nice material however, waistband relatively comfy.
