I have these shorts and they are my go to pair for all my warm weather hikes. Absolutely love them. I really wish they came in forest green would so buy another pair. I’m 5.5 the longer version for smaller leg people are way too roomy and do not fit snug on my legs.

Overly tight waistband.
Size: XS Intended use: thru-hiking/backpacking Weight: ~130g The bottom row of stitching on the waistband is overly restricting and it took a lot of effort to get them over my hips. Getting them off also isn't easy. Not ideal if you need to quickly use the restroom, or are changing in a smaller tent/bivy. However, they fit perfectly once they're on. Hoping I can get the waistband to relax overtime and stretch like the rest of the material.

Runs very small
No, I do not recommend this product
I ordered my normal size in bike shorts and these could not even get past my thighs. Sized way too small. I was so disappointed. I really liked the color and the thickness of the fabric. The waist was weirdly unstretchy, maybe because of this drawstring type thing in there? I'm not sure. I ordered a Small and these were like XXS.

Wish the butt was reinforced! Easy to rip.
I bought these because I love my trekking tights so much. Love the shorts for the fit and pockets (deep enough for bear spray!) These would be a solid 5 stars if the butt was reinforced like the leggings. I unfortunately have a small hole in the butt already.

Absolutely love these shorts for hiking, climbing, or lounging. The material is much more durable than most compassed bike shorts, but are just as comfortable. Bought these in a second color because I like them so much.

I bought these last year because I like the trekking tights so much. My only wish is that they had a reinforced butt like some of the others. I find I'm always having to be extra cautious so I don't ruin them.
