The ice melted right away and it doesn't keep it cold for loner hours as described. Also it feel to the ground for a very short distant and it dented really big. I was so shocked. I only used it for few days. What a shame Stanley. Does anyone knows if a lifetime warranty?
I have the same problem as other buyer. The lids separated into two.
I got the 36oz bottle, and it has quickly become one of my go to bottles. It genuinely keeps drinks ice-cold for hours, easily handling a full day at my desk or a hot afternoon of errands. The AeroLight weight is noticeable and makes the generous size much easier to carry around using the comfortable handle. The fast flow lid and integrated cap holder are smart design features that I appreciate daily. My only slight complaint is that its large diameter means it won't fit in every standard car cup holder, but the overall performance and quality are excellent.
Used for gym use. Then the threaded bit came undone and completely sepearated from the lid. I didn't use it for anything else and decided to file a warranty claim. 2 days later, claim was denied due to the warranty not covering any component parts. Conveniently you can not buy a replacement. Only way to get a new lid is to buy a brand new bottle all together. Very dissapointed.
Ibought the bottle in August 2025, and honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with it overall. The materials, the feel, and the overall quality have all been great. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the lid design. The lid comes in two separate pieces, and after about two weeks of use, I heard a small cracking sound when I closed the bottle. When I opened it again, one part of the lid had separated from the closing piece. I tried gluing it back together several times, but it kept coming apart. Eventually, I found a much stronger adhesive at a hardware store, and after fixing it with that, I haven’t had any issues since. Other than that, I absolutely love the bottle, and I’m even considering buying another one just like it.
It arrived with a big dent along the bottom due to do no bubble wrap or protection, it was just thrown in a box. Going on 2 weeks now and Stanley has yet to respond to my claim about a replacement. The water bottle itself it great, but it doesn't sit flat on any surface now due to the dent and it often falls over making a really loud noise because it is made from metal. Kinda embarrassed to take it with me in case it makes loud noises.
My husband gives me a hard time about my collection of water bottles, but I've been on the hunt for a bottle that's high volume, yet comfortable to hold, with excellent insulation and no valves or straws to clean. The search is over! This is the perfect bottle. At the end of a 12 hour drive on a 100 degree day, there was still a lot of ice in this bottle.
After investigating the hype behind Stanley cups and deciding they aren’t for me, I found this Stanley bottle and went with it instead. It’s great. Good capacity, good quality and durability. I like the glug spout and the large, sturdy carry handle. It’s also great that the handle has a clip to hold the glug cap.
I got the orange colored bottle. It has been amazing. It’s leakproof and functions the way how it’s supposed to. From buying previous bottles from different brands, I know what I want and what I don’t want in a bottle & I’m happy that my bottle passes my inspections and expectations.
LOVE this bottle - really like the fast flow spout and the color. Photo below as proof that it does, in fact, fit in *some* car cup holders. I have an Atlas and it works great.
