Warm, good fit, a few minor issues

This is a very solid medium-weight synthetic fill winter jacket. I bought this specifically because of the longer length that covers my bum. I'm quite happy with the construction, warmth, and fit. I'm 6' 2", 165 lbs and the Medium is a great fit. I like the two chest pockets and the handwarmer pockets, which have the insulation on the outside. I remove one star because: - The chest pocket zippers snag nearly always. It's annoying but not debilitating - There is one weird fit scenario. When you zip all the way up but don't have your hood on, the tightness of the neck area makes the front upper part of the jacket jab into my upper neck and chin in an uncomfortable way. It's worth noting this. The issue does not happen when I have the hood up, because it creates more slack in the front part of the zipper area.
