Woooooooo baby do I love these glasses!
Light but stay put. The gold color of the lenses is.... boy is it gold. I feel like an insect wearing them. But it a goofy way that's a lot of fun. The big question I had was what the world would look like through the lenses. It becomes a little bit rosy. But mostly it becomes *sharp*. My first reaction every time I put these on is that I never want to take them off. Like that moment in Wizard of Oz when suddenly the world is in color. It's very cool. Anyway, running in them is a dream. I got them with the coupon for 20% off an outlet item and saved enough that I'll probably order another set of lenses directly from Smith, for when these do inevitably get scratched. But for the moment these are one of the greatest (tiny) joys in my day.
Comfortable sunglasses
I like these because they wrap around the sides of my eyes and don't let sunlight in at the side. There was no fogging, although I haven't tried them in subzero weather. The amount of light let through was perfect for a sunny day in Colorado, but I am waiting to see how they do in winter with snow glare. The fit was snug, without being uncomfortable. I would get another pair.
