So cute!

Loved this dress and looking forward to wearing it to work although I will need to wear a tank top with it as it is low cut. For day to day wear doesn’t bother me but will add the tank for modesty at work.

Great dress! Comments on fit

This is my first Toad & Co dress and I was sceptical based on the reviews here, but it's wonderful! The fabric is soft and flowy and the print (flower pattern) is better than I expected. I know fit is a personal thing but for me this dress in a medium is perfect. In case my info helps anyone: I'm 5' 6.5" with long legs (33" inseam) and a short torso, 34B. I'm a medium in the size chart and it seems to be accurate (my measurements: 36-31.5-41.5). I had no problem with the tie and love that method for making it somewhat adjustable. The high waist and tie hide my belly too (I have a 1-yr old). Also, due to being small-ish chested, it's not overly low cut on me either and is work appropriate as-is.

Is it supposed to be an empire waist?

Not an actual wrap dress, not made for human proportions. I don't know where the waist is supposed to fall but it's definitely not on mine. The stretchy waist tie looks awful, there's no way for it to look neat. It was massive on the boobage but tight around the hips. Going back.
