Great fit and so lightweight! No problems even right out of the box - no blisters, no rub spots - just very comfortable boots.
I have spent several days wearing these boots around the house to break them in and find it's not at all necessary. Super comfortable from out of the box. I ordered a half size up and have plenty of wiggle room with my thick socks. Spent a cold rainy day on my feet outside for several hours and stayed warm, dry, and comfortable. I spent more than i ever have on boots and so glad i did.
Size 6 boots is a perfect fit! I really love these comfortable hiking boots even though they are a bit wide around my ankles. I wear them to walk in the woods, around town, near the bay, and my neighborhood. I will wear them to hike around Mt Rainier next year. I would recommend them to a friend. I am a senior and live in the PNW.
It took me a few hours wearing the boots to get used to the stiffness of around my ankles. The boots look nice but the leather got scuff marks after my first hike at Joshua Tree. I assume that was caused by climbing and getting off boulders. It performed well on rocky slopes and I was pleased with that.
I loved everything about these boots. I had never bought boots from the brand but I’m not disappointed. Amazing quality, fits well, and very comfortable. 😀😀🥾🏔️🗻⛰️🌲🪵🦔🦝🐿️🦫🦌🦬🥾
These boots have been great! I’ve been walking miles on asphalt and trails since getting them a few months ago. Very comfortable, so far I haven’t slipped on ice or gotten a soaker.
