Milky and tea-like, much to my surprise!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dairy allergy and can't have milk, so I appreciate having these artificially-flavored milk-tea jelly beans. Somehow, this really smells and tastes like milk tea! I really like most of the flavors -- the Thai iced tea flavor is especially like the real thing -- but I'm unsure about the strawberry (it's ok), and while I like the green matcha tea, it does seem overwhelming to have more than a couple beans in one sitting. Still, it's a really nice option for me, since I can't have the real thing and this has the same taste. I think if you like flavored teas, you'll like these beans. Wish they sold this in 1-pound bags! #sweepstakes
Not my cup of tea
I bought these to try them, I don't really drink Boba milk tea but I wanted to taste what JB did with it. The flavors are OK and I'm glad to say the Matcha doesn't taste like Hay which is how actual matcha tastes to me. I bought two 3.5 oz bags so I""m going to bring the other one to work and let a few coworkers try it.

Great flavors! Usually packs of Jelly Bellies will have a gross flavor or two, but these are pretty good across the board. Hard to find this flavor, so I'm glad REI is stocking!
Not so great
I love Jelly Belly in general and was excited about the boba flavors. Sadly, I didn't like most of them, and the Thai tea flavor was quite weird, though I love actual Thai tea.
Not buying again unless single strawberry and mango packs
Taste is not good for matcha, thai, and taro. Strawberry was the best. Then Mango was second best. Referencing All Milk Teas

All have an interesting tea aftertaste. The matcha feels a little off in flavor, however.
