I really liked the second hand Armada Edollos I upgraded to from my first pair of skis. They are playful but responsive enough to go fast, but at 178 they were a bit too long for me (5'8"/205lbs) and a bit too soft in the tips to really charge hard. So I pulled the trigger on the ARV 100 at 172cm hoping Armada's playful design in the ARV line would carry through with a bit more stiffness in the front tips and a bit more floatation in powder. My first day out on them was a snow day and I have to say they delivered on every aspect of skiing that I could hope for. They still easily jib on the ground and I feel much more confident cutting hard turns under the lift to hit some freshies and pop off a side hit. Loving the graphics on these skis and looking forward to hitting the trees with these next season!
