Smartwool  Hike Light Cushion Low Ankle Socks - Women's

I never thought a pair of socks could make such a difference, but Smartwool socks have been a total game changer! They’re incredibly comfortable, even on the hottest summer days. My feet stay cooler and drier, and they do an amazing job of preventing odor from developing—even after hours of walking. The merino wool is soft, breathable, and doesn’t feel itchy at all. I was skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why so many people rave about them. Once you try Smartwool socks, it’s hard to want to wear anything else. They’ve become my go-to socks, and I keep adding more pairs to my collection. Highly recommend!

These are a full inch shorter than my other Smartwool socks and pressed on my toenails. I got the exact same type as the ones I bought in an REI store (Smartwool size medium, light cushion, women's hiking socks) but ended up giving them to my niece who wears a size 5 shoe.

I purchased these for a male size 10 shoe as when I researched these socks Smartwool said the Large can fit both men or women. Since the color was rather neutral I thought I would try them out since they were on sale. They fit just fine but my only knock is they do not fit as snug as my other Smartwool socks like this. However, I will say the cushioning is exactly what I was hoping for, which I would say is more of a light to medium thickness/cushioning. Overall, these are great socks, they preform well, whisking away moisture, keeping my feet blister free.

I wear these socks all the time since discovering them years ago. They are the best in every way! I especially love the low profile without slippage. The thickness is great, yet they're never too hot. I wear them all year and I live in the South. They are not too heavy even in the summer with the heat and humidity. The weight is perfect! The design is unique and the colors are fantastic. These are my favorite socks and have been for years! Give them a try! You will be happy you did.

The socks were thicker than i like,but are comfortable

I have size L and even a few XL in the other no/low cushion Smartwool socks. I ordered this in a large and it was just too loose and big that I had to return them. Next time I would order a size smaller than usual.

These are great comfortable socks that give just enough cushion to keep your feet happy. They're just what you want in a quality sock for hike/walking support. How can you go wrong with wool/comfort/heat/drying control all in one. . . you cannot. The design works as intended and I love these new socks!

Cool and comfy - that's what these socks do to my feet, keep them cool and comfy all day long. The cushion under the toes and heels add the right amount of support, while the wool keeps the temperature just right. Plus, you gotta love the fun colors!!
