Designed to fit 4-arm Shimano XT M8000, SLX M7000 or Deore M6000 1x or 2x cranksets, the Wolf Tooth Components 96 BCD chainring delivers the proven chain retention of a Drop-Stop chainring.

  • Features

    • Patented Drop-Stop tooth design provides for maximum chain life, chain retention and derailment prevention
    • Made with 7075-T6 aluminum for strength, light weight and a long life
    • This model will reduce the chainline (inward towards the frame) from the Shimano-specified chainline for the crankset by 2 mm
    • Drop-Stop chainrings are designed for use with 1x9, 1x10, 1x11 and some 1x12 drivetrains
    • Compatible with 10-, 11-, and 12-speed chains, with the exception of Shimano 12-speed chains
    • Not compatible with 12-speed SRAM Flattop, 12-speed Shimano HG+, or 12-speed Campy chains
    • Use of a clutch-style rear derailleur is recommended for the best chain security
    • 10 mm bolts are optimized for mounting this ring
