This is a must buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband. Talk about style and comfort combined! Adds that extra bit of warmth over a long shirt, and looks great too!
I would get this for my whole family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great piece of winter clothing I have found, honestly. I have tested it out in as low as 6 degree Fahrenheit so I think I can give a good review on it. First of all I got this jacket so that I can travel in cold with a good sense of fashion. I layer it over a t-shirt and put another jacket on top of it. This jacket kept my chest warm enough in temperature as low as 28 degree fahrenheit. Might not be that useful as a standalone for temperatures below that unless you know how to layer it well with other winter clothing. Highly recommend it, super light.
Highly Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend vest and would buy again! Purchased the vest to wear as an under layer when wearing light weight jackets on moderate cool days, and it meets my needs. The vest does retain body heat which I can feel on the interior lining when I remove it. However, I don't find the vest with long sleeve shirt underneath adequate for wear in colder temperatures. I'm 6' 0" and 175lbs, and originally ordered a Large which I found bulky, especially when wearing underneath another layer. Returned and ordered Medium which fit perfectly.
Layer this everywhere, from Chicago to Montana
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a woman and I bought the men's vest because I like the cut better. It's longer and not tapered in curious places like the women's style. I love shopping men's wear in sweaters and shirts for a tailored but oversized look. I have the vest in the olive and it looks terrific to wear under a rain jacket or around the house when it's chilly. I love how soft the vest is, and how packable. I will take this vest to Montana for layering over hoodies, or even pj's. I like to layer and not have one heavy or large piece of outerwear.
I would definitely buy the Thermal Ball Eco Vest again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Thermoball Eco Vest 2.0 for a recent trip to Iceland. As most people who have been to Iceland in the summer, it is cool (40s to mid 50s) with a lot of rain an wind. The Vest was a perfect layer under my rain gear. Many times I just wore the vest and stayed very comfortable. The added bonus for me was how water resistant the outer shell was and how quickly it dried out when it did get wet. I love this vest, and will definitely keep it in my arsenal of cool and cold weather we get in Colorado.
I will buy them again and again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally have 3 vests from North Face! I wear one of them everyday. They wash up wonderfully- wash and air dry. I have size 2x and I layer up and stay so toasty. Your arms stay available and your core stays out of breezy air currents. I wish more colors and sizes were available. I purchased a vest for each of my college age grandsons with matching North Face stocking hats for Christmas! And for one of my sons for his December birthday. All loved them!
The perfect gift!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my husband to wear while golfing. He LOVES it! I already have a couple of these and he liked the idea that keeps me warm and allows my upper body to swing freely. But, he thought mine looked too bulky. Not this one! This style is sufficiently thin to keep him warm and allow freedom of movement, without any bulk. He may buy more in varying colors in the future. In the meantime, it was a Merry Christmas!
City chic and country perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a woman and l love shopping menswear because the cuts are better, longer. I bought this in a man's size Great to layer both under and over things. Good for travel, packs easily and looks very smart. I don't like bulk, and this is warmth without bulk. I feel quite perfect when I wear this vest in the city and in the country. Even use it inside my Chicago (where it's always cold) home. Love it!
Best clothing purchase ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Thermoball vest years ago -- best clothing investment ever. I wore it frequently, including many rounds of golf (I play early morning, all-weather golf). Despite the heavy use, it looked good as new. Recently, I left it in a golf cart and it came up missing. The next day, I purchased a new one. If I lose this one, I'll buy a third. This is a must-have item for climates like Michigan.
Stylish vest.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a light, but not bright, color vest as all my other winter vests and jackets are dark colors. Northface was the only brand to offer this. Love this vest, stylish, lightweight and keep me warm on chilly California days. Only comment is the sizing guide, as this is a trim fit, it should also measure the waist in addition to the chest. I had to exchange a medium for a large.
