Not true to size

I ordered my normal size but even with thick socks my foot was sliding in and out and they’re not that easily tightened with the laces. I ended up getting a half size smaller and that fit better. Keep in mind if you have wide feet that the shoe is narrow!

Go to casual bike-pub shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant bike to the pub shoe. Looks good as you hop off the bike for a pint. A bit stiff to do much walking in

Will buy in other colors

I really really like these. As my first cycling shoe, the bar was pretty low. I love the support in them, I didn’t realize having a solid flat shoe would improve my overall pace so much. I haven’t tried them on clip petals yet but am excited to have a designated pair of shoes for biking & spin class. Even with the soles being hard it doesn’t feel weird when walking around during breaks off the bike. The only thing that was weird to adjust to is because they’re so hard on the bottom and don’t bend at all, when you walk in them it feels like your heel is coming out of the shoe, but since they’re tied there’s no way you can walk out of them. I always size up for my sambas because they’re a more narrow shoe and would definitely recommend sizing up with these as well.

absolutely outstanding

I’m a destroyer of bike gear so need well built stuff. I also commute a lot and want to use shoes that I can wear to meetings, at work, and even with a suit. These tick all the boxes. I’ve had them for 2 days, put over 40 miles on them, and they fit great -even for my wife foot. They perform well and I wear them all day. Getting another pair besides black, maybe in stylish Arctic Green. And, I’ve had a bunch of compliments. Oh, and I like the vegan/nature emphasis. Just great all around.

Samba cycling shoes, excellent combo

Great cycling shoes, that also look like normal sambas. Although they work great for cycling, they are not the most comfortable shoes to walk around in due to the stiffness of the shoe. They are perfectly adequate for stopping off somewhere on your bike, going into a restaurant, store, walking down the street etc, but I am not walking a mile in these shoes. That said I love them, they look amazing and are really great cycling shoes!

Great for indoor cycling!

I purchased these a half size too large based on other reviews and wish I would have gotten regular size because they are large from the heel. They are on the more narrow side but they will get broken in quickly if you are an avid cycler. They were only uncomfortable for the first 2-3 rides and then fine after that. Otherwise, great shoe! Well made, cute, and comfortable!

Too narrow

Way too narrow. Usually an 11 or 11.5 got these in the 11.5 and hurt the side of my foot… biking a 400 mile trip and have to get new shoes because they hurt my side of my feet. And I do not have a wide foot

Heel kept slipping out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish these worked out. I teach spin classes and loved the look of these, but unfortunately when I tried them on around the house the heel kept slipping off. Even tried tightening the laces super tight didn’t help. Would love to know if anyone else had this problem? Like I said, I wish they worked out for me.

Best looking cycling shoes on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shoes are on top when it comes to cycling swag. Best looking cycling shoe on the market. Now when it comes to the fit, if your feet are wide and/or you normally wear wide shoes it'll take a while to comfortable in these shoes. I'd suggest a shoe stretcher to get the comfort started until the shoes are broken in.
