I wore it on multiple hikes while in New Zealand with temperatures ranging from 40F to 70F. It did a great job of working as a base layer to keep me warm and was airy enough to keep me cool. It also looks great as a normal long sleeve shirt that you can wear when not doing an outdoor/physical activity. Now back from vacation, I will wear this when going to the gym or going on runs in colder weather. I would highly recommend this over the other base layer long sleeve shirts that Patagonia offers because it works as a base layer and it looks great. The other base layer shirts are functional but aren't suitable for day to day wear. I am male, 5'6 140 pounds. I ordered the extra small.
