I recently got a Gregory Men’s Miwok 18 Pack and love it. I was looking for pack with functionality that would be comfortable, especially for the summer. With a number of pockets to spread out what I am carry, makes it the perfect size for me. I definitely recommend this pack.

Great for a day hike
Yes , I recommend this product
This pack is great for day hikes! We got it for our trip to the smokies and it carried everything we needed for all our hikes there, including summiting LeConte. Fit the 10 essentials, a rain jacket, snacks, extra water, and more! The sunglasses stowage on the front strap is brilliant, and adjustable fit means we can get it to fit both parties in a couple (with long torso) even though it's a men's fit. Lots of the loops on the outside of the pack made it easy to carry a quick dry towel for soaking our feet in all the creeks. Only con was when we received the first bag, the water hose clip broke when trying to adjust the sternum strap, but REI sent a new bag out within 2 days. Didn't have another problem with the clip on the new bag. Overall a great purchase!

Perfect lightweight, small backpack for day hikes and small trips. I love how secure it is. Perfect for running, biking, or walking. I use this as a commuter bag and for day hikes. Fits my water bottles perfectly.
