The support is very strong, I’m 1.60, S size and I got a bra size M
Good Support But With Issues
Good, firm support sports bra for running. The fabric is not very stretchy as desired for firm support. Great adjustable closure at the back for easy on/off and adjusting snugness of the band. Smooth quick-dry fabric. Fit is on the small size of average sizing. At 128 lbs, 34 A/B I took a size medium. Reasons for not being 5 star review: 1. The stance of the narrow straps on the shoulder/neck and the positioning of the plastic sliders in the back can start chafing after several hours. 2. The removable pads are horrible. I have had many similar bras, and have never experienced one in which the pads get that scrunched up in the laundry. Not only is it a pain to smooth out and reinsert, but that repeated scrunching is eroding the foam so that the shape when inserted looks crumply and embarassing. Conversely, to have to remove the pads and carefully hand wash and dry flat is more hassle than I want to take on daily for laundering of a functional sports garment.
Cozy & Supportive
This bra fits snug, whether used as a daily bra or for athletic endeavors. I’ve worn this on a 5 mile jog or 8 mile hike and have been comfortable. It’s supportive during moon time too, when swelling may occur. Also, it’s easy to put the cups back after it’s washed or dried. As far as fits go, I never trust what is written- after I try on in store, that’s what I go with (which for me, is one size larger than what is written). Would recommend if you’re looking for a new bra to venture the world in.
Do not recommend
I wanted to love this bra so much! So hard to find a good sports bra. However after wearing it for a while the plastic bits dug into my skin uncomfortably. I have a bigger cup size (DD) and got an XL. Wouldn’t wear it for more than a walk, definitely not a run.
Runs small
I'm usually a size 34D or 34DD in regular bras and I've bought size SD-DD, as per Adidas size chart recommandation. The band was fine, but the cups were unfortunately too small for me and my side boobs were spilling out. Did not look great at all.
Nice and Firm Hold
They do run a bit tight but honestly I need it for my post breast feeding sag. It really holds everything firmly and a perfect amount of cleavage showing so you can also wear lower cut shirts and the bra doesn’t show
Amazing, highly recommend
Slightly more expensive than the other sports bras but I would think it is pretty worth it. There is a clasp at the back so it's much easier to put on than other sports bras.
I like it
I'm not crazy about the color but it's very comfortable and I wear it quite frequently. Although I don't know if it's great for a super busty gals.
Poor support
Not recommended for women that have a D cup size. The bra does not fully Cover or support your cup size. Overall not useful for my size cup
