nice trailer, but not what i had expected
his trailer is really nice. well thought out and functions great. my only issue is before buying the trailer a watched and read a lot of reviews online which helped determine my decision to buy the trailer. In almost all the reviews people would tout the abundance of bottle bosses in the frame for mounting. I found this very appealing. Well, the trailer i received had no bosses in the top side bars.I'm guessing the trailer had about 1/2 the mount points others touted. Cost cutting reductions? faulty unit? whatever the reason, i am bummed. I ended up threading my own mounts in the upper bars and so far they are working fine.

Recommend!
The Coho is very well built! I'm happy with the quality. I wish when ordering, they gave the option for which tire to receive with the unit. But, whatever. Not a big deal. It pulls well, slightly noisy while using it. I notice the pannier bags are a bit low, so if riding roads close to curbs, it will rub. And burn a hole in the side or bottom. Also, at fast speeds like going down hills, it gets very sketchy when loaded! Their speed recommendation is encouraged! It will bounce you around a good bit. And make you feel unstable. I would recommend this product, with all that in mind! And, would buy again!
I LOVE MY BURLEY COHO!!!!!!!
Amazing trailer! My Burley Coho is ready for anything! Even loaded down, I seem to forget that it's behind my bike. Built like a tank, easily folded for travel, many options for customization, and the Coho just plain looks great. Definitely worth the price!!!!
This lil trailer tracks really
This lil trailer tracks really well. I’ve had it done some pretty tight single tracks and haven’t hit anything yet! Lots of useable space for gear. I love it
I purchased the Burley Coho
I purchased the Burley Coho Cargo Trailer for hauling tools and equipment for trail building and maintenance. It's perfect for the job and works great!
Great, cargo trailer
I’ve had double wheel trailers to pull kids, but when you just have cargo, the single wheel version is much easier to pull and navigate. Hooking onto the axle nuts is pretty straightforward, but there’s a little bit of rattle, so wish it was a bit tighter fit. Pulling is pretty easy with an E bike even on low levels. Keep the heaviest items on the bottom of the trailer and ride on. I also have the cargo dry bag, and pannier dry bags which complements this trailer for multiple adventure purposes, or just going to the grocery store and having room for lots of food
Build quality
I recently bought the Coho XC. I added the panier rack and found that five of the six rivet nuts or panel nuts used to attach the rack to the fender frame where installed so loose that I couldn't rremove the screws without the nuts spinning in the frame tube. Fortunately I have the special tool to reset the rivet nuts. I hope I don't find other build quality issues ....
12 day Back country adventure.
I used the trailer for packing in and out of a very remote area in Colorado. The trail was 24” wide max. It was canted down hill and very rocky. It was a horse trail. The only failure was the quick release holding the yoke. The securing nut vibrated off and was lost. I used a valve cap to secure it until I could get two nuts to replace the factory nut. I also used lock tight to hold it in place. I suggest a larger diameter rear wheel for more ground clearance. The trailer tracked very well and was really stable. It took a huge beating from the rocks but weathered it well. I also suggest adding rings to connect bungy cords. Connecting to the bottom rail on the trailer resulted in lost cords due to rocks pushing them off. The weight limit is about double what it should be When I had 40lbs in it made bike handling extremely difficult because the front end was light. Very happy with the durability and quality of construction.
Excellent design and function
I love this trailer, tracks super well and goes anywhere I can peddle, plenty of cargo room for my French Bulldog and our gear. It’s a great addition for my adventures. I really like the kickstand. Keeping the bike upright, makes stops and accessing gear a simple task.
