so worth it!
I bought this as a set with my Alpha Breeze tent. If you are going to spend the money to buy the Alpha Breeze (which, hands down, I recommend) you must buy the pad and footprint. The footprint is a bit of an odd shape and I have never gotten it to lay exactly right under the tent but it’s good enough. The pad, however, is so very wonderful. I could never go back to not having it. I lay a small lightweight rug down over it and I truly have my home away from home. Buy it. You can thank me later!
Expensive but worth it
Nearly every time I set up the tent I think, dang there was no way this thing was worth what I paid for it. Then when the trip is over and I pull it out of the tent and feel what the ground under the tent REALLY feels like, I realize it was absolutely worth the money. It's a luxury to be sure, but not quite glamping.
