Designed for mountaineers and ski mountaineers, the lightweight Petzl Fly harness can be donned easily with both feet on the ground while wearing skis or crampons.
- Leg loops adjust with a girth hitch
- Weighs 130 g with comfort foam; 100 g when comfort foam is removed (for size M)
- Buckle-free construction uses a sliding toggle lock that replaces the metal buckle for quick and easy waistbelt adjustment
- 2 gear loops and 4 additional loops organize and transport your equipment
- Retainers with silicone interior on each leg loop let you carry an ice screw

amazing mountain harness!

Such a crazy light harness that it basically disappears when wearing. Used it for a mountaineering trip, easy to put on without removing crampons. Comfortable enough for rappelling that I might even take the padding out to make it even smaller and lighter (designed to do this). Rolls up into a tiny ball for your pack for the hike out. Since I do not fall when ice climbing, and the small amount of raps down into the park with winter clothes providing enough padding, I think I will start using it at Ouray.
