Sizing Notes
Allbirds fit true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or prefer a roomier fit to accommodate toe splay, we suggest sizing up. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing up for all styles except for Tree Runner styles (size down for those).

Super cute. I actually got a ton of compliments from strangers on them which I didn’t expect, but people like my Allbirds trail runners so that tracks. I was a little bummed about the lack of support tho I will say. I have frail feet I guess idk. But they’re really lightweight and comfy and breathable
Nice shoe!
I got a great deal on these Allbirds and have been very happy with them. I do wish they had more arch support but they feel good and I can wear my orthotics. I like the spongy inserts but really no arch support.
Amazingly Comfortable!!!
I bought these shoes in tan for a December trip to Rome. I walked all over Rome. We then boarded a cruise. I wore them on several excursions and all around the ship. They never hurt my feet once. They’re comfortable right out of the box. I have a lot of joint issues. Having comfortable shoes is essential. Having cute shoes is a bonus. I loved them so much, I bought this navy pair. They were also comfortable right out of the box. I have recommended these shoes to everyone in my Facebook women’s travel club. I do wish they came in 1/2 sizes. I wear an 8 1/2. I had to order a 9. They’re roomy. I just wear thicker socks with them.
A total surprise!
I was a bit concerned with this shoe because it was stiffer than my other Allbird shoes. But I decided to take a chance. I wore it a home before a vacation trip where I would be walking every day in different cities. And it felt good. One day on my vacation I ended up walking 4 1/2 miles on cobblestone, brick and cement this shoe did me proud. No blisters and comfortable. I did a little change and put white laces on them and loved the look.
Pain and uncomfortable
This is my second purchase, but I'm extremely disappointed. I purchased these sneakers a month ago, and they seemed fine initially. I typically wear running shoes daily for a 1-mile walk from the parking lot to the office, so I understood that these sneakers wouldn't be as comfortable as running shoes. However, after a week, I began experiencing pain in the soles of my feet, which persisted for 2-3 weeks. To make matters worse, the back of my left heel was rubbed raw by the shoes, causing blood to stain them. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing shopping experience.
Incredible!!!
I love these shoes so much! Absolutely no break-in period, finally space for all my ties to feel comfy! I’ve worn them pretty much every day since I got them. They match so many outfits, including dresses! They’ve supported me through 5 hour walks in the city, 9 hour long photoshoot days, and new me happy!!

My favorite shoes
This is my second pair of Allbirds - and they’ve quickly become my favorite shoes. Super comfortable, I got them as a “look good & comfortable” shoe to wear when I’m running errands or going to yoga. Now I wear them on walks, to work, everywhere. When I purchased them, got these in black and got a pair of Veja sneakers in white. I wish I would have just gotten these in both black and white. I normally wear a 7-7.5 and have a need a little extra room across the ball of my foot for bunions. I got these in an 8 and laced to hug my heel. Just right! I love these!
Outer arch
I was hopeful about these cute-looking sneakers but the slight wave in the sole of the shoe is on both the inside, adding a bit of arch support, and on the outside, creating a slight arch where the foot is naturally flat, causing my feet instability and to roll inward a bit. If the outer sole was flat, allowing the foot to rest naturally, these would have been lovely. But I returned them—perhaps great shoes for sitting, but definitely not for standing or walking. Too bad since I’ve been searching for comfortable, supportive, sustainably-made shoes for awhile.
Size is not the same across all All Birds shoes
I am disappointed with this All Birds shoe. I have been using All Birds for over 5 years now and have three different types in size 7. So I ordered this one in Size 7 too. Given that I was so confident with the shoes brand, I packed the brand new shoes for a 4 day trip, without trying them out. And to my surprise, the shoe size was big. I got a shoe bite and was very uncomfortable throughout my trip. I was not aware that different shoe types have different sizes and this really disappoints me. I feel like I should have been aware of that.
