Do not sit down in these in public

These probably have my favorite fit of any running short I've worn. They are actually rather flattering while being reasonably short without being too short, and not leaving you feel constricted in any way. But as others have said, the liner is not as secure/snug as you'd hope. Just sitting down on a bench to tie your shoes is not a safe thing to do in public with these on. It's not an issue I've seen/felt/experienced at all with any other lined running short I've worn, including the FKT 1.0s, so I'm not sure what went wrong here, but it's a shame that I had to return the pair I bought because I am not risking ending up on a registry just to wear some reasonably-flattering running shorts.

Love these BUT

Oh man these shorts could be wonderful but the otherwise awesome running clothes company Rabbit definitely messed up the liner fit in this particular short! The quality of the liner material is excellent but the fit is awful. I have been wearing men’s running shorts with briefs liners for close to 20 years and I’ve never seen a fit like this. The bottom of the liner that would support you is so far below the waist band that they are useless and that part is also significantly more narrow than typical brief liners creating a little spillage off the sides if you know what I mean. The material of the shorts, the design, the color, and the fit is PERFECT, so it really is a shame that there is an obvious defect that I can’t believe it wasn’t caught during quality control. I ordered another pair thinking I must’ve just got a defective one but I found the same thing in that pair as well. I still gave them three stars because everything else is so sad about the short but you will definitely need your own liner or underwear if you need any support at all.

Liner hides NOTHING

The liner does nothing to conceal or support my goods. I'd get arrested in a heartbeat for indecent exposure if I wore these on a run. Sadly, I had to return them. Very comfortable and stylish otherwise.

Great.

Maybe the best running shorts I’ve ever owned? Not sure what the fuss is about the lining. Maybe…. Ah. Anyways, I’ve really enjoyed these and have put hundreds of miles in them.
