I am not an Ironman, but
Nice midsize, functional, reasonably priced, everyday watch. Size comparable to other timex midsize but like this style better. There are even more features than I need but use timer, chrono and indiglo on daily basis. Like resin band so no need to take off in shower.
Not water resistant
I have been using this model for over 15 years, buying a new one about every 3-5 years as each watch wore out. It was a really great watch! Unfortunately, one of my most recent watches died after getting dunked briefly underwater during a kayak trip when it was about a year old. No buttons were pressed while it was wet. I thought it was just a dud, perhaps a failed gasket in the back of the watch. I still like the model, so I purchased another. Within about a week, I had splashed the new watch with water while working at the sink. Again, no buttons were pressed while wet. To my dismay, this second watch immediately visibly leaked moisture beneath the watch face and it died within a few days, presumably from the splash of water. At this point I am going to have to conclude Timex no longer manufactures this watch to be even marginally water resistant, despite the claims otherwise. I wish I was wrong about the quality downgrade, because I don't want a smart watch, just something to tell time with a stopwatch and functional water resistance -- until recently, this watch fit the bill.
