Didn't last 2 months
Back on the hunt to buy sneakers for my 10 y/o that will last more than a couple of months. Within 2 months, they have nickle-size holes in the soles where his big toes are. Other parts are showing substantial wear and tear. And the laces lost their caps a while ago. My son wore them daily, not just for running.
Quite nice sneakers
The sneakers fit me well and I like the colors of them.But the the bottom of the shoes started peeling the day I got them. It does not break the shoe but it was quite annoying. It was not the whole bottom but it was just the inside of the creases on the bottom.But otherwise it is a good sneaker.👟
Comfortable but...
My 8-year old daughter wore these for the first time today on a half mile run (getting ready for a kids' triathlon). She said they are very comfortable, but looking at the soles of the shoes after one run, I'm wondering if they will hold up through a summer of running. Hence, the 3 star rating.
Good support
Overall, we’re happy with these shoes. My only complaint is that the decoration on the side peeled off and cannot be reattached.

The bright color is awesome. super light. very comfortable for a 4.5 year old !
Poorly made
These shoes are poorly made. Within a month of my son wearing them to school (very light wear), the sneakers began falling apart. The plastic on the toe started to come loose and then fell apart, the laces completely frayed (and we had to replace them), and the plastic pieces on the sides (the swoop-like shape with design) fell off the shoe. I rarely leave bad product reviews but this sneaker is absolutely horrible.
Disappointed!!
I have a well-worn Kinvara 3, which is still a great fit! Purchased a Kinvara 14 same size and wide width but the width is almost 1 inch less than the Kinvara 3!! It was too narrow for my feet and the over-all quality wasn't as good. I returned them and will not purchase anymore shoes because quality and width not the same as in 2013!
Kids shoes for an adult
I wear size 7 in adult, so bought a size 5. There is no cushioning! I guess I should’ve thought about the fact that kids don’t need as much support as adults. Either way, if you are an adult, considering these for yourself, I don’t think I would. They don’t have the same saucony “bounce” that their adult counterparts do.
Repeat Customer
I like my Kinvaras so much, I'm on my 4th pair! Light, flexible, stable and they fit me well. I use them for race walking, and I wore them for the Olympic Trials Mixed Marathon Racewalk Relay back in January. The only negative is that they could be more durable.
Comfortable shoe terrible laces.
My daughter thinks the shoe is comfortable and it meets her needs for youth track, however the laces come undone even if they are double knotted. I watched her lose a nail biter 400m this weekend because her shoe was falling off down the last straightaway.
