Despite what they say, its not always compatible!
Awesome...but only if it fits your bike. Despite what the specs say, if the size ratio between your down tube and top tube is too great (ie, you have a beefy down tube), it won't work--there is no way to get a good secure fit against your top tube. And if you don't have the seat secure with the top tube, it will slide back (regardless of the tension on the quick release). It barely works with my Trek Top Fuel, but doesn't work at all with my Santa Cruz Hightower 3.0 (with downtube storage). Hopefully the Pro works (but super annoying that the pro requires extra mods to work with Treks...sigh.)
I love it. My kids LOVE it!.
Absolutely love it as well as my two girls aged 1½ and 3 ½! They get excited every time they see me take it out. Initial setup takes 20-30 minutes, but afterwards I can get it on or off in just a minute. I had no problems getting it to fit on my frame and it feels secure. Just make sure you don't have cables running on your top tube - which would be unusual for modern bikes.
Easy riding with kids
I love this bike seat! It has been helpful when biking with my 3 kids. My 2 year old and my 4 year old fit great on the seat right in front of me. I was a bit unsure at first about how it was going to fit. I thought for sure my knees would hit them or their helmet would be in my face, this was not the case at all. The only part I found a bit tricky was putting in on my bike the first time. Trying to get it all adjusted to my older bike took a bit of time but one it was adjusted it was super easy to take off and put back on. It's great for riding around town and out on the trails.
Mountain bike
My son just loves it. He can ride for more than an hour, he does not want me to get him off the bike. I really recommend it. He is 15 months, barely reach with his feet, but still holds on it really well.
Perfect for two year old
My two year old absolutely loves it. If you’re thinking about getting this you should. Install is a bit tricky at first but not terrible.
