Just started wearing it for a trip to Japan, noticed that the threads was started to worn out on the top of the shoes. Not sure why, see attached picture. Otherwise, great looking shoes
I’ve always been curious about the 4D, glad I tried them out. They are very comfortable to walk on, they truly do absorb impact, worked out in them during an explosive training day. I will say compared to ultraboost, they are a 9/10 in almost every category, not quite as comfortable. Runs slightly larger, slightly more narrow, and no continental rubber. That’s not to say they’re not still a really nice shoe, just still second to ultraboost in my opinion. I love the parlay construction on the upper, and everything else about the look.
Great quality. Looks great on feet. Feels elite. Just one problem though. They are designed to work 'only' as running shoes. You don't really have to tie the laces because they have used this 'stretchy' material beneath the laces which just fits around your ankle (to improve the foot grip). But it feels too tight at times specially when you have worn them for a long period of time. I work as a doctor and I have to do long days quite often. After 7-8 hours, my feet start hurting because they feel too tight around the ankle. But otherwise they work great. Boost is quite nice. Love running in them but won't recommend wearing them for more than 6-8 hours a day.
Extremely comfortable shoe. I went half a size up and the fit is perfect. The width feels tight when you first put your feet in them but as you're walking and your foot settles in, they feel great! The build of the shoe is awesome, the Parley recycled rubber soles actually feel tougher than a 'none Parley' (the Continental logo underneath is a nice subtle touch). The lattice midsole looks incredible and gives a great silhouette. The rest of the shoe feels really well constructed, the stitching is perfect and I think it adds to the robustness of the upper. All round, a great pair of trainers! 10/10 from me.
I HOPE THAT THEY INFORM AFFIRM THAT I RETURNED THE PRODUCT SO THAT THEY DO NOT CHARGE MY MONEY, I DO NOT KNOW WHY ALL THE STORES DO NOT INFORM AFFIRM NOT TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER. I don't understand why if they put laces on it, they have to put an elastic on the tongue of the tennis shoes that squeezes your foot a lot, if they remove the elastic that they put on it, they would be one of the best me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifelong adidas fan. But these are the most poorly made shoes I’ve bought from Adidas. The stitching came loose in multiple areas in about a week. I’ve had to cut the loose threads 3x. It keeps unraveling. The material has started to rip from the toe box area. Really bummed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pulled both my hamstrings and can’t run more than a mile without pulling my right calve muscle. I weight 250 and a notorious heel striker. I honestly may be too heavy for shoes. Some of the 4d grid broke, the seams by the toes unraveled within the first week.
Nice color combination. Definitely a summer shoe as the upper is thin materials. The design of the sole is a very creative approach but lacks the comfort of traditional sole design. An added insert provided the familiar comfort I prefer.
The shoe is extremely comfortable and the design and color are lovely, the only issue is to keep them clean because the material is pretty delicate and gets dirty really quick
High quality, comfortable and highly recommended. This is my second I purchased within two weeks. That in itself speaks volumes of how I feel about the sneakers
