Will they last? Bad first impressions.
Soft, comfortable, good fitting. I'm concerned that may be the highlights of these pants and have some serious questions about longevity. Having only lounged in them for an hour or so I'm disturbed to realize [from the store most likely] there is a loose thread in the waistband seam and a pulled spot on the leg fabric. Will probably end up returning them, seems like too many high priced-low quality items are appearing at REI lately.
Bad quality
The second time I washed these pants, according to their specific instructions and even line dried, ended in disaster! The smooth texture is ruined in one spot and the pants now look cheep and worn. I loved these so much, if you have these HANDWASH ONLY!! Save yourself the Devastation.
Not the quality I would expect from $100 pants
Was sooo stoked on these pants until I washed them. The second time I washed them, according to their instructions & I even line dried, ruined them. There is now a pulled section of fabric that ruins the smooth sleek silhouette these once provided. Devastated. Unfortunately, the add photos option is not working for me at this time.
Not for shorties
Buttery soft and fit is perfect. However, I’m 5”4 wear an XS and these are way too long on me! Sadly, will have to return.
So comfortable!
I am 5’5”, 135 lbs, long waisted, and curvy. The M fit me perfectly. I bought black but I may need another color. I do feel like they run a bit small as I have a Small in the joggers.
Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
These are expensive, but you get what you pay for on these. The fabric is buttery soft, waistband is very comfortable, cut through the legs/width is exactly what I was looking for and the length is PERFECT for me at 5’7”. I’m a consistent size 6/28 in jeans, got the medium and fit is perfect. I think the small would be too tight. Trying to decide what color to get next!
Too short for us long legged folk
Soo soft, but too short for me. I'm long and lean (5'8") and the S fits perfectly in width but too short in length. Alas!
Pretty color, meh pant
Color is gorgeous but the material is more athletic than soft, like a yoga pant. Their sizes are all over the place and this is one that runs very small. However the pant is so disappointing I'm not going to bother getting the right size.
my go to pants
I bought these on sale and with a coupon to justify the purchase and holy cow my life is changed. I love them so much I’d probably buy them full price. They are incredibly comfortable, the material is buttery soft. I’m 5’8 and the length of the leg fit me perfectly. I really like how high waisted and sculpting these are. I’ve worn them hiking, camping, yoga, lounging and just my day to day life and they are truly the most comfortable pants! Highly recommend!
Worth it
For short girlies- they somewhat shrink! I’m 5’3” and I love these pants. So glad they don’t squeeze your butt like my Athleta pants! I have two black but now I want one in every color
