Size chart is incorrect (as of this review)!
These are exactly what I was hoping for -- lots of adjustment, comfortable, great support... however I haven't skated in them yet. I studied many reviews and took a guess based on the fact that most skates fit large but the European sizes on the size chart are incorrect. The women's size 9 is actually Eur 40 (not 42 as listed on the current chart.) I wear a US 9 1/2 Eur 40.5 and the size 9s are just a tiny bit too small so ordering regular shoe size is likely best..
Half size too small - order up
Half size too small. Need to size up. Fit “like a glove”, but too tight to move around much in, box over arch will ultimately rub, and toe box will produce blisters. This is with thin wool casual socks - not thicker ski style socks I would prefer to wear for outdoor ice skating. Sending back and ordered an 8 instead of the 7.5 that I typically wear in shoes.
