Not waterproof!
Previous AMC maps were printed on Tyvek and virtually indestructible. This "waterproof" map is printed on some sort of plastic coated paper and curls once in contact with water. Worse: the print rubs off when the map gets damp. A step-down from previous AMC maps. The actual cartography is fine, maybe less useful than previous editions as some elevations are omitted.
Not worth the paper they’re printed on
First time out and the map literally rubbed off the paper. Loved the Tyvek maps and would gladly pay more for a reliable resource vs what is now an expensive piece of wrapping paper.
