Great Snow Boot for an Active Kid, but wears BIG.

Got a couple pairs for my active son. Its a good cross between a hiking style winter boot and the clunkier boots we grew up with. He was able to run around in them and they kept his feet dry/warm. My only word of caution is that fit very large. My son is in a 6.5 soccer cleat so when we ordered the 7 we thought it would be a little big but room to grow. WAY too big. Got the 6, still too big. The 5's fit well and still have room for a thick sock. Looking forward to warm feet all winter.

Worst boots ever

These are the worst boots, waste of money. I bought a size 10 which is what his feet should be. If you take the insoles out, they fit his feet perfectly. They are so hard for him to get on. You have to hold the boot and he has to angle his foot just right to not catch the liner and get his foot in. His teacher asked us to send him with different boots to school because they were causing such an issue. My kid has really narrow feet and they are still an issue.

Stylish and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these boots for my grandson, age 8. He does not like to be in the snow for long periods of time as he doesn't like feeling cold. Since he got these boots, he is out for hours snowboarding! They keep his feet warm and he never complained that his feet were cold during the hours he spent on the mountain! If the boots work that well on a cold Vermont mountain, I feel comfortable giving them 5 stars.

RETURNING ASAP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] worst purchase I have made, not waterproof at all. My 5 year old son got sick and if he was any younger he wouldn't have been able to tell me his feet were cold. They were completely soaked and needed to be ringed out. Im highly upset with this purchase. He now has a cold and im sure its due to these boots having pools of freezing cold water in them after 30 mins in the snow, they are NOT waterproof.

Awesome warm boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warm, comfortable, and indestructible. Winters can get nasty for us in upstate NY, and the kids play outside regardless of weather. I have never heard my child complain about cold feet. He also doesn't fully put on the boots while walking to the car in the morning, and yet the boots are intact. He's worn these boots in various sizes for 8 years now. The quicklace system is abolutely key.
