I wanted to LOVE this jacket...

I love the color, all of the pockets and design of the jacket. The material feels very light/soft so I never wore it in really wet conditions because I didn't trust it would keep me dry and was disappointed to find an L rip on my right, lower chest pocket the other day. I do ski a lot of trees, but I don't remember ever feeling it tear. I'm pretty disappointed, but not surprised given the feel of the material. I'm going to stick with my Gor-Tex jackets in the future.

Looks great! But not a ski jacket

I am desperately in need of a new ski jacket, and really thought this was it. Unlike other reviewers I love the sleeves, especially the built in liners with thumb holes for extra warmth under gloves. It's warm without bulk, and nice big pockets. And looks great! Unfortunately for skiing it is too long, restricting movement for me. And the hood over my helmet was too tight, pulling up uncomfortably on my shoulders. So sad to return it and continue shopping for a ski jacket. I would recommend it to someone tall or with a long torso, who intends to use it for something other than skiing.

Runs very lonh

I am 5’7” with longer than normal arms. The arm length on this jacket runs extremely long, same for the body length. If you are over 6’ tall it will fit well. I’d say the jacket hangs about 5” beyond my arms. Even with my arms stretched out as if I were skiing it was well beyond my fingertips. I double checked to make sure I hadn’t ordered a tall but alas this is a regular size. Seems very well constructed though!

LONG ARMS

The arms on this are super long. Otherwise true to size. It's lightly insulated and I'm looking for a coat that's lightly insulated but has a strong shell. Felt like it could do this but the fit was not good. I returned

Perfect wind and waterproof jacket.

Love the color of this jacket as well as the number of large pockets it has -- two for hands, two external pockets and one internal. Jacket isn't too bulky and allows for layering. Large zippers under arms for ventilation. Nice sized hood. I really love it.
